Hier maken we de vertaalslag van inzicht naar toepassing. Met persoonlijk advies op basis van chrononutritie, inzicht in slaap- en stresshormonen en analyse van darmgezondheid ondersteunen we balans, energie, herstel en gewichtsbeheersing. Zo wordt duidelijk wat medewerkers zelf kunnen doen en wat de organisatie kan verbeteren.<\/p><p>Na afronding van de analyses, interviews, vragenlijsten en trainingen presenteren we de bevindingen en kijken we samen vooruit. We brengen de leer- en ontwikkelflow van medewerkers in kaart en maken een uitgebreide risicoanalyse op vier domeinen: verzuim, verloop, productiviteit en veiligheid.
