Medewerkers werken in complexe ploegendiensten binnen een omgeving waar veiligheid, continu\u00efteit en kwaliteit cruciaal zijn. Tegelijkertijd vraagt deze manier van werken veel van mensen: fysiek, mentaal en sociaal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba1be12 We analyseren beleid, governance en de verankering van ESG\/CSRD, en kijken naar sterktes, risico\u2019s en concrete verbeterpunten. Daarnaast analyseren we verzuim-, verloop-, productiviteits- en veiligheidsdata. Hier maken we de vertaalslag van inzicht naar toepassing. Met persoonlijk advies op basis van chrononutritie, inzicht in slaap- en stresshormonen en analyse van darmgezondheid ondersteunen we balans, energie, herstel en gewichtsbeheersing. Zo wordt duidelijk wat medewerkers zelf kunnen doen en wat de organisatie kan verbeteren.<\/p><p>Na afronding van de analyses, interviews, vragenlijsten en trainingen presenteren we de bevindingen en kijken we samen vooruit. We brengen de leer- en ontwikkelflow van medewerkers in kaart en maken een uitgebreide risicoanalyse op vier domeinen: verzuim, verloop, productiviteit en veiligheid.
